Rude Teller “Khethiwe”

I went in to send a parcel at Pep President Hyper Square in Krugersdorp, which the bag was already paid for, the teller that assisted me should not work in the face to face with clients, she was so rude and disrespectful, she even said I don’t listen and she will not listen to me. Her name is Khethiwe she need to be taken back for customer service training.
