Rude Teller

PEP HOME GREENSTONE - Teller was extremely rude as I tried to pay my rates and taxes. Told me to go to Checkers rather cause it can't be done. I tried to explain I had done it at PEP before and even tried to show her the statement and where the ref number was but she kept interrupting me. Someone else showed her then I told her she must never tell a customer it can't be done if she doesn't know. She then blamed me and said she never said that. PEP teach your staff what can be done at your stores as well as manners. She wasn't doing me a favour. It's part of her job. DO BETTER. Won't support that PEP again!!!!!
