RUDE STORE SUPERVISOR

Dear PEP I visited your store on Saturday afternoon to purchase a pair of boots for my daughter, I picked up a pair and it was the only pair on the floor of that style and it had no tag on it, I made my way to the counter to pay and was told the supervisor had to look for a price for that pair, I waited for over 20 minutes just so I can be given a price for that shoe, the supervisor was so rude and did not bother to even explain what he was doing and why it was taking so long, the other stuff members at the till told him to make an alternative as I had been waiting for such a long time and my child was getting restless but he told them no I must wait, I went over to him to ask why was it taking so long for them to just me a price, he look at me and didn't even bother to explain and proceeded to do whatever it was that he was doing and I was told I will need to wait. why is PEP appointing stuff who lack training and s****s for such positions. I have never dealt with such a rude human being in my life. Can I have an explanation as to why THAMI ( SUPERVISOR) from PINE CREST CENTER IN PINETOWN IS IN THAT POSITION AS HE CLEARLY LACKS ALL THE NECESSARY S****S FOR THE POSITION?
