Rude store Personnel

I went to Pepstore(Emakhazen, Belfast, Mpumalanga this morning to purchase a cellphone as the one i had was broken; upon payment their speed point was not working(it kept rejecting my card) i requested to quickly withdraw money from a nearby ATM; i took less than 6 mins to come back. Upon arrival the store manager had sold my phone to the next customer. When i complained as i was in a rush; the store personel Ziyanda Mohlala did the following: She was very rude, she suggested that i can go to Akermans next door to buy the phone; i could have gone but i did not want to waste time and start from scratch she told i should wait five minutes the safe is still opening so that she can provide me with another phone for sale after 7 minutes she said i must wait 2 minutes She was not even wearing a protective mask however she is the compliance officer at the store She was not remorseful of her actions; her colleagues seemed to be scared of her, they did not call her to order
