rude store consultants

I am very disgusted with the service i got from pep meadowpoint in meadowlands. I went to buy airtime and other stuff. I had already counted my money, but the cashier by the name of lungile lukhele rudely said to me she is not going serve me as she wont count the money i was paying with. She and her friend by the name of hlezi including the other collegues were making it a joke. People were looking. She was even shouting at me and making funny comments. So i want to know if pep doesnt accept money if it includes coins like R1.00 or R0.50. Maybe u need to put in a disclaimer saying PEP dont take coins. Or is there a difference with shopping at location PEP stores and suburbs, cause i always buy most of my things at pep stores?
