Rude Staff - PEP, Paarl Mall

During December of 2024 my Partner, and our baby son was shopping in PEP in Paarl Mall, accompanied by my mom, who was holding our son while my partner was waiting in line to pay for their items. My son started crying, as this is what babies do. One of the Staff members rudely ordered my mom to leave the shop and go stand outside as the crying baby is a disturbance to the customers. I have never ever heard of something like this happening in any shop! I would appreciate an apology as this made my mom (a pensioner of over 70 years old) feel pretty ****py. How is this treating the customer fairly?!
