rude staff members and unproffesionalism

I was at Pep stores this morning around 7:30 am waiting for the store to open at 08:00 am as per stores trading hours. But one of the staff members opened the store and only allowed one customer in and it was around 7:40 am when this happened when I asked her why they were only assisting one customer when there's a que outside in the sun all waiting, the staff members from pep shouted at me and chased me out of the store. I felt so humiliated and embarassed because there were people watching while they did this and busy serving this one \special"customer before the store opened."""
