Rude staff member

I wanted to send a parcel via PAXI services and the guy(Chris) who was assisting me was so rude. He made me do his job for him and even refused to search on their phone for the PEP store I was sending the package to. They took 3 days to send the parcel out for delivery. Completely dissatisfied with the service at this particular PEP store. Especially their staff.
