Rude staff member

Pep stores kagiso mall is totally out of it the staff there needs to be thought some customers services.... It's not the first time so now I took it upon myself to report this how does one clean the store at 17:19 with one teller working at the period and session. To top it all when the manager repremands the staff she's laughs it off and says lol sisi uya lhanya. Meaning I'm mad I took a video of it.... You can't have a long que,clean and have one till open.... an apology on its own ain't enough from the manager the shop assistant needs to go back for training
