Rude staff and ******* service at PEP store Tsakane Mall

The staff at PEP CLOTHING store at Tsakane Mall is beyond rude! They don't even have the decency to greet back when you greet them, even at the till. Worst of all I had parcels that I left at the parcel counter, the lady working there practically throw it on the counter and my things fell out of the plastic bag. I get home and find one of my child's shoes is missing which can only mean it got left at the store when my parcel was thrown at me. ******* service!!
