rude staff

I bought a dress at Randburg square Pep when i got home the dress does not fit and i went to try and exchange the dress for a size that will fit, i unfortunately misplaced the slip but everything was still intact i was told that i can not exchange the dress cuz i don't have the slip even though i was the only the day before and the tag was still on there i spoke to Mulalo who was very rude and not help and even went so far as to tell me to call the head office, i called the head office and was informed that i need to speak to the regional manager they can make the decision , something that Mulalo did not bother to tell me instead of giving me attitude .. honestly speaking i dont know what kind of training was given to the staff i am applauded and do not ever wanna shop there again.
