RUDE STAFF

Good day I have been going to pep stores Athlone Branch on two occasions to collect cash that was sent to me , however I work shifts and the only time I can go is at 8am in the morning, on both occasions I was told by the cashier that they do not have money and they cannot take from the float. this has been a major inconvenience for me. The store also does not open on time the trading hours are from 8am to 5pm but they only opened the door at 08.23am while I was waiting outside . I tried to get the staffs attention that was packing out the cellphones that go on display but I was abruptly told that I must wait . The trading hours on the door should then be adjusted , I am so disappointed and I still did not get the cash that I really do need.
