Rude staff

Horrible experience at PEP at Jabulani Mall. I was enquiring about getting a new card for my account, as mine got misplaced, staff member by the name SEME was rude, unhelpful, condescending and ***********. She kept rolling her eyes and talking about me to other customers. If I could, I’d give no stars at all. Completely disgusted and disappointed
