Rude service from Cate

Last week Saturday I went for an emergency operation then yesterday I went to pep dawnpark huuuuuu what a terrible experience there. I needed stockings tights and it was the bottom row but due to the operation I still can't bend downwards then I asked a lady by the name of Cate who is the employee there to help me and guess what her answer was she can't in a very rude manner. I still have bandages on my stomach the OP its still painful and fresh imagine I had to go fetch my daughter who was at the que to come help me now imagine if my daughter was not there. Pep needs to train their staff I wonder what happens if you were on a wheelchair that means they wouldn't help.
