rude service at PEP in Voortrekker street LYdenburg

Good day I went to PEP stores in Voortrekker road Lydenburg round about before five, i showed the lady at the counter the sms message i received from pep to get my pep account card, she trough an application form at me like i was a dog and said i must complete it and bring 3 months bank statement, very rude service we as customers don't do you a favor to buy at PEP i will make sure people knows about it and will never buy there,
