Rude service

Pep Maponya Mall went Saturday morning 1st May 2021to collect my paxi delivery the line was so long and only 2 tills working. When it was my turn to be assisted they all shouted paxi ayi no then I waited while they assisted others after me until an extremely rude lady called Ncumisa came to assist me I told her I wasn't happy about what just happened she told me she's mos now assisting me I mustn't complain she told me I can't voice out my opinion
