Rude sales assistants at pep n1 city mall.

Pep at n1 city was a very unpleasant experience. I used the pack service and the sales assistants made me wait up to 15 minutes to fill out a form. One of the ladies said I could go to another store. It’s my first time using the service so I didn’t want to deviate from what I was told to do by someone else on how to use the service. After I had said I’ll wait another lady said “then she must wait.” I’m really unhappy with the rude and unreliable behaviour of the staff here.
