Rude River behaviour!!

On November 3rd, myself and a friend popped into a Pep store at Mafikeng Mall in the North West to grab a few things. Upon getting to the counter to pay, the cashier that was assisting us (I believe her name is River) gave us unnecessary attitude, not allowing to pay for our goods at the same time. My friend was indecisive about taking a few chocolate bars but decided to take them and upon putting them on the counter, she was told by the cashier in question not to do so, with no reason. The intention was that all the items were to be paid for with one transaction but that did not happen as my friend was deeply offended and ended up taking the goods back. We found the behaviour of the staff member appauling and will avoid using that particular store from here on out!! The behaviour was disgusting, rude and uncalled for!
