RUDE-PEP STORE MANAGER TRADE ROUTH MALL

PEP STORE RUDE MAANGER LENASIA 10/02/2024 i went to PEPS store in Trade Routh Mall Lenasia i bought airtime using my shoe city account for R110.00 the slip i then misplaced so Sunday i went back to the store requesting if a reprint of the slip could be made the cashier was about to assist me but the Manager goodman nit sure if that was his name was so rude no realizing that i understood Zulu saying he don't have time for reprint and that we lost the slip his not doing that when i had said i will call head office he went to the till as if to assist but instead printed a sales report for the sales him again not knowing i deal with a lot of systems and know what a sales report for the day is he still hadn't printed out my slip just gave me a price from the sales report to call Vodacom to get the voucher i mean i paid for the airtime and don't have it all he could have done was just reprinted my slip and the airtime voucher would be on the reprint but he refused and i called Vodacom and they too agree that he suppose to reprint not make me phone Vodacom I'm very discussed with the manager and the way he had behaved the store was empty not like it was full that he couldn't assist me
