Rude PEP store employee

Very rude PEP store employee. I went to PEP store on Sunday the 10th of April 2022 at approximately 12:15 located at Super Spar Madadeni as I walked in the door a lady PEP employee was standing at the door talking to someone, I had a plastic bag in my hand and tried to get her attention to inquire if I could enter the store with my plastic bag but she ignored me, after about 3 seconds not getting her attention I decided to walk in. About 6 meters into the store she shouted at me saying " Sorry Butie shiya I plastic yakho lapha" which loosely translates to " Sorry Sir leave your plastic there" to which I asked her now that she is done with whatever is was doing she now has the time to shout and instruct me what to do? To which she rep**** and said she was still busy talking to her friend and I expected her to do? To which I asked what her name was and she rep**** and said her name was. Phiwokuhle with an attitude. I then asked to speak to the store manager and she rep**** and said she was the store manager and if I had a problem. I then told her that I would report her to Head Office, to which she said I could go head and do what I want. I then stepped outside and Google the PEP custermer line and called ***at 12:24 to complain but the line got cut off, there is very bad connection in the area. I am challenging whoever will be investigating this to view the video footage at approximately 12:09- 12:23. I walked in wearing a two piece Navy Blue overalls with reflective strips on both the jacket and pants. If she really was the store manager on the day and displayed this kind of behaviour, it makes me wonder what other stuff members must do? This is my contact number ***
