Rude Pep Cell manager

I just had the worst customer service ever from the same Pep cell in a period of weeks. The first time I was there I encountered the security guard being very rude to the customer,okay I thought to myself let me mind my own business,so today my partner and I went into this same Pep cell which is in town on Pine street next to Pie city.

We get in and we look for a suitable phone for our Son we find it and make our way to the till and the “manager” who goes by the name of Mluleki comes from the back and says to us without even greeting and acknowledging us while we are at the till waiting to make a transaction, he says “if you are together then can one person be here and can the other one wait outside” we explain that we will be swiping two cards the security then rudely interrupts us ,so we as the rude manager if this is a store or covid related rule,at first he says covid and we point quite a number of things in the store that are not in line with the regulations and we also advice that most rules have been lifted,he quickly changes his story and says it is store rules.

I have never in my entire life came across such a rude person let alone a store manager,Pep cell I am very very disappointed.
