Rude Manageress at Pep Home Fochville

I lovvvveee Pep Home,however I do not like the staff at Pep Home Fovhville, the manager of the shop is super rude and does not know how to talk to customers, also coming to work in a tracksuit pants and tekkies, looks like she just rolled out of bed. I took a photo of her where she is also speaking in a very disrespectful manner to another client, just wish I could upload this photo here. Please Pep Head office, train your staff how to ask nicely if they want the client to leave trolleys at the entrance, the client understand the shop is small however this does not mean clients who are supporting Pep Home should be spoken down to, and to your Manageress at Pep Home Fochville, you only manage the store for Pep home, you do not own it, please remember you are replaceable. Pep head office, please send your manager at Pep Home Fochville for some serious training on how to give better customer service and how to treat the client with respect, this girl does not know how to ask nicely in a respectfull manner. Sies!!! Miss Manager you should know better!!
