Rude manager!

Linda from pep store in Wynberg main road. To think she is the managet and is utterly rude and think less of customer's and how they should be treated is disgusting. I simply asked for another cashier as the linenis long and there isnonly one cashier and she rudely replies that "didnt i see her enter" and goes on to insult ne in Afrikaans when I ask for her surnam from the cashier and I told her i can still hear her and she sadi "Good" if i can receivingbthis repulsing service from a manager, how will the employees that are under her ne? I am disgusted because i spend money there, often!
