Rude Manager

I went to pay off my laybye at PEP Home Randfontein only to find that it has been canceled before the expiry date. The manager in a very rude manner told me that I should have know to make monthly payments which is something new to me when I made the laybye it was not communicated with me. That manager ruined my day and I feel that I should never shop at PEP home again because of the bad treatment I received from a manager.
