Rude.. fighting with customer.. EMMA

Hi, i was at pep home centurion @ the reds mall and i was assisted by a lady by the name of Emma. I have never seen a person so rude to a customer it was even shocking. I came to collect my 2 parcels which i dont know how it works and what is needed she didnt know how it works too coz she has to call the manager to come and assist her with me but she put it in a very rude way thinking i that i dont understand the language. I kept quite even thought i head what she said. The second lady assisted me and she was explaing on how it works and what i need to do. On yhe other hand Emma kept throwing rude remakes about me and my paxi parcel that the cant find. I went to her and told her that she needs to talk to me as a client and not throw remarks about me as if im not there and with the fact that i dont speak sotho but i can hear what she was saying about me . She started shouting at pointing at me that i was rude to her ... when was i rude as i asked her she couldnt tell me and she continued shouting and pointing at me. The manager told her to come down stop shouting at me and she didnt we pushed each other and pointed fingers at each other until my husband came and called it off. I must say that Emma is rude and doesnt know anything about costumer services and she doesnt deserve to work at pep home .. she was ready to fight and had no control over her emotions and was NOT willing to listen to her manager and to me as a customer. With the fact that im black and i cant speak sotho doesnt give her a right to talk about me as she did that im irritating with paxi that she doesnt know how it works. Something must be done and she doesnt decerve to work at pep home at all. I will send this everywhere untill Emma is removed from pep home @the reds mall. Customer service is the best and keep calm its not about you just assist the client and get it over with. The other 3 ladies were very helpful and they explained how everything work which Emma was on a personal ride with me and was VERY RUDE.... awaiting feedback
