Rude employee/worst customer service

I would like to lodge a complaint against one of your staff members from Pep in Germiston cbd by the name of Khanyisa for a horrible customer service,she unshamely told me I will wait the whole day before she could take my parcel because I'm apparently focused on my phone, I asked her why would I focus on my phone while I need to be attended to and she said customers do that because they feel like they can get away with everything,this isn't the first nor second encounter I've had with her. Every single time I go to the store and she's on duty I always have a problem with her and today I asked her to call her manager and her response was that whatever problem i have i must take it up with her.I want her to be called to order and want an update on what was done to discipline her. I couldn't take photos of her because of Popia act and trust me I was so tempted to make her trend. I can't avoid going to my nearest Pep because I'm now afraid that when I go there my day will be ruined
