Rude customer service from Pep Southgate mall

Poor service from a lady named Mpho, she is very rude and thinks she is doing customers a favour by serving us…

Immediately after my purchase we had a refund because it was not the product I wanted, I got a bigger product already during that process she was low key rude but I kept it moving.

I requested the slip she said she can’t because it’s her proof, I was like but I also need a proof because am buying for a company and we need to file, she said hai ke asazi.. I asked her for alternatives do a copy for me or scan she said if it pleases you, you can take a picture because Pep doesn’t have a photocopy machine… at some point she left me there and continued with her business.

I said this is my time that you wasting give me the slip to take a picture, she ignored me… then she decided to give me the slip I was busy on the phone and she said oh so now am not wasting your time…

That lady is so rude.
