Rude customer service

I bought clothes to the value of R2K. I wore one of the items I bought today and the length of the arms is not the same. The left sleeve is shorter by about 10 centimetres. I went to pep blackheath to let them know and after two ladies spoke to me they went to get a lady by the name of Tshepiso who told me she isn’t the manufacturer she doesn’t know why the shirt is like this. I am disgusted by the attitude of that lady. That is not way to speak to a client. I need a new tshirt pronto. I paid full price and expect clothing that are 100%.
