Rude Cashiers Pep Heugh Road PE

Awful customer service at Pep Store Port Elizabeth Heugh Road, I purchased a phone at pep store a day later I decided otherwise because it did not meet my desired specifications, I returned it in it's original packaging with proof of purchase and the cashiers there were speaking in their home language, were very rude and passive and didn't want me to return the phone. Now I am stuck with an item I do not want.
