Rude cashier with bad customer service

Today I went to Pep Store for a laybuy. When I got to the cashier Gloria she did not great only told me with a cheeck wait that side I want to help him first(referring to the customer behind me). When I asked her why she said because your laybuy will take time( with an aattitude). I then told her you are wrong because you not even asking me you actually telling me. She looked at me ugly then said to the next customer come. Did not even apologize. If itvis difficult to communicate with customers then she definitely does not belong behind the till but where no one can see her. Customer service is the most important role to play and she definitely does not have any of it.
