Rude Cashier

Morning im very disappointed by the treatment i got from one of your cashiers at Pep stores Sebokeng (Thabong) store code 6474.

I bought my sister a drymac yesterday so turned out to be to big.went to the store to exchange Couldn't find what i was looking for, so asked for a refund. Ntombenhle Ngubane.( the cashier)started by saying i must got back to where i bought it.Then left me like that to call the manager.the manager override and like leaves. Her ATTITUDE is on another level and she is very very rude. Then i ask for her name coz she is not wearing a name tag.with ATTITUDE she says i must look at the slip.asked her to call the manager,then she says i must go get her myself.told her im not movin.she goes and never comes back.the manager comes back alone after waiting 5mins.and told her what happened and she says she will talk to her, with no interest to what im sayin.I love pep store but this kind of customer services is really really bad.
