Rude cashier

Hi I was at Pep cell bloed street next to Cambridge the cashier name it's Rachel I ask for paxi service she told me there's no network and I ask her if she can check the phone that the use for paxi and she refused she said no their's lot of people who want to buy so she won't waste her time on me coz I have to believe her and she didn't even check the phone weather the network it's fine ,and it's not my first time coz even if when you have to pay DStv thier always say no network if it's full inside the shop please assist me
