RUDE CASHIER

Hi, On Saturday, 7 September 2019. I went to get some shoes for my kids at Pep. The line was so long and there was only 1 cashier. An elderly lady went to the cashier and asked to get more people to help the cashier was so rude to her (I cant remember her name) later she said “ja die mense maak my bors warm hier gaan aan oor lyne wat lank is neimand se hule moet hierna toe kom nie”

Is that a way to treat your customers and be rude????????????? That was soooo disrespectful and unprofessional.
