Rude cashier

I'm highly disappointed in the service of Pep protea Gardens where a cashier named koki and her manager where rude and addressed me in a manner that unprofessional about their return policy about them keeping the slip after returning some items I inquired what happens if I wanna return something else not she threw the slip back on my face
