Rude Cashier

I had gone to Pep Home to pay my DSTV account and i asked the lady who was assisting me to borrow me her pen because I wanted to write her my account details, she rudely told me she doesn't have a pen and i should stand on the side and write my account numbers on my phone. I waited on the side and wrote my account details on my phone while she helped other customers who were there after me. One customer paid with her card which required them to sign the till slip and then all of the sudden she had a pen, i asked her why she said she doesn't have a pen whilst she had it. She rudely told me she didnt wanna give me her pen. I'm so disappointed in the service that she gave me, her supervisor was there but she didn't say anything. And Im not sure about her name, its somewhere around those names.
