Rude branch manager pep store Clairwood Durban

Went to pep store in Clairwood to make an exchange on some cloths that was purchased for my daughter as a gift the cloths were small. The manages name Noma refused to change the cloths sade they not in her shop an she can't explane to head office in English why they in her branch. I called customer care they lady told me to go back I went an Noma still refuse to exchange it. Shes very rude lifftered my parcel up I took it an walked out with it.
