Rude behavior

Went I earlier today at Pep home in sasolburg to look for cellphones and buy a bottle for toddler, got the bottle and after paying realised that the item scanned the incorrect amount. Made the cashier aware & she explained that the price must have changed so I asked why should i be penalized for them not putting the correct prices on their items?

Fine, she called some lady who I presume was the supervisor and I've never met such disregard and disrespect. She didn't greet or acknowledge me just told the cashier to give me the difference in 10 cents from the back office.

I suppose good customers service is not a concern for her if she treats her customers with such poor attitude.
