Rude behavior

I recently went to pepcell at quagga centre and assisted by a rude lady by the name of Sintha, when you buy telkom R5 airtime, it's supposedly finished but when you buy R25 telkom airtime she gives you R20 and R5, I hope more people will come forward to report her rude behavior.
