Rude Assistant Manager at Pep Stores in Idutywa near Taxi rank

Today i was at Pep Stores in Idutywa apparently the lady that was so rude to me is an Assistant Manager, as I was about to purchase a body spray I wanted to smell first hear me "Smell" not to spray the deodorant she stated that I must not open the spray I must only read😂 meaning if want to choose the spray I must read not smell.

Lack of customer service is on another level there and I would advise for pep to re train your stuff or to some amendment on your policies if it's your policy for customers to use a sense of smell by an eyesight.
