Rude, arrogant staff at Pep scottburgh mall

Last month I went to pep store scottburgh mall when my wallet was ****** in my bag.when I asked the manager to quickly check the footage so that the mall securities will assist catch the *******,she rudely said it is not as easy as I think then she left me standing there, I had to run behind her asking her what she meant. Yesterday when I went to the same store to collect Standard bank instant money the cashiers named Lungi Ngcobo said they don't do instant money,I told her I always collect at pep she said not their pep.she disrespected me so bad saying I must go somewhere else because they won't help me. I told her I will report the store she laughed at me and said "go ahead dear our store number is ......" I can't even remember what number she shouted .I was not even at her till but instead of focusing at the customer at her till point she was busy disrespecting me.I felt so small,she treated me like trash. I didn't do anything to her to humiliate me like that.what worries me the most is the way she was ok with me reporting them and even shouted the store number to me.
