Rude, arrogant and horrible service

Rude and arrogant teller. Kerena from Pepxell Diepkloof Square treated me like I am an idiot. Having never picked up a parcel from Pepxell, I was subjected to kinda have know how they work. Upon explaining to her that I have never used pep for Parcells before she still continued being aggressive and arrogant. She is not fit for customer service and goes on as if she owns the store shouting at customers.
