Rude Area Manager

Visit pep clothing in East london Oxfordstreet and was shocked with how the area manager talk to staff infront of customers. I asked him why he treat staff like this and he could not answer me. To make matters worse he reeked like alcohol and smoke and jittery and sweaty.Not professional when you work with customers. Asked him his name and told me i can call him Mr Lester. How rude
