Rude and unprofessional behavior

Pep Lydenburg Highland Centre. Gail refused to help me with my paxi parcel. Told me to stand in the looooong line even though I am not buying anything with my 4 month old in my arms... I then told Gail this is not fair and she is being unreasonable. After our alteration another staff member came to assist me. Rude and unprofessional behavior from Gail.
