Rude and unhelpful

P5695 PEPHOME CPT PARKLANDS PIAZZA. I had a collection at this store for a paxi parcel that I needed to collect I was told they off line and I should come back the following day the colored store assistant and Xhosa manager of the store were not helpful I had all my requirements to collect and still couldn't write my details down and give me my parcel instead she was rude and loud telling me she can't help me she can't punch in the parcel serial number if she gives me the parcel, I then left the store called paxis and was told to go back to the store give the phone to the assistant then they told them the very same thing I told them to do and collected the parcel over the phone, please train ur people to be helpful in getting alternatives because wow today I was so ****ed and disappointed by their service. How ever thanks the the consultant over the phone from paxis without her I wasn't gonna get my parcel 😔
