Rude and not welling to help me

So u did a lay-by at the store and now I want to cancel it and bear in mind I has the slip and my ID

As it states on the it's and c's but to my surprise teller don't want to help me and very rude to...as a customer I'm not happy with level service given to me by the teller ap pep Carlton center
