RUDE and *********** SERVICE PEP 4WAYS MALL!!!

I’m so disappointed by the service or lack thereof that I received at PEP Fourways Mall. The teller clearly is *********** and rude and doesn’t know what the hell she is doing. The simple process of collecting a paxi parcel has now become a huge inconvenience because she decided that she did not want to use my South African issued driver’s license and instead i need to being my physical passport.

Such nonsense as acceptable forms of Identity include: ID, Driver’s License and Passport. Who is she to pick and choose what’s suitable for her? All other places accept my Driver’s License e.g Clicks. Please train your employees not to be ********. Now i have to waste more fuel in order for me to pick up my parcel.
