Rude and inappropriate manner of approach.

I went into a Pep store on the 23rd June 2022 in Jabulani mall. Just when I walked in the lady at the door asked me put on a mask. I asked if they haven't received communication that the wearing of masks is no longer prohibited. She said she doesn't care or give a damn about what the government says or what i heard on the news, she doesn't work for neither, she works for Pep and if I don't wanna put on a mask I must leave the store. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me And further went on to say she doesn'tcare if I report her. I then asked for the manager who gave me the name of the lady. Her name is Zukiswa Ntengo and apparently she is the store manager and she is known to being rude to customers. I couldn't even do my shopping because of the way she spoke and treated me.
