Rude and ******** cashier at jabulani mall senzo Shabangu

Today at about 17:05 was at pep i wasn't happy with the service i got from Senzo Shabangu, he was ******** with service he was giving and when i confronted him he was very rude, This is what happened i lost parcel counter card and i only realised that when i was done paying, he told me to go back and trace my step, when i was on my way back he said i must leave my plastic for the goods I've jst bought, i didn't mind i left things and went back but couldn't find it, when i got he was not there and i didn't take that long, i asked for him and asked for a plastic bag and they didnt know anything about the plastic bag, and they went to look for and he said he was busy in the stock room imagine telling the customer that, i waited for him until he was done, and he said what the problem with and i told him how i wasn't happy to wait for him this long, he didn't even care to apologize he just said I'm making an issue out of nothing. Not pleased at all
