rude and horrible experience at randbug square pep by staff

disgusted by the attitute of the pep randburg staff, i went there to send my goods with paxi as usual and i was sent out by the lady her name on the tag is inno or momo something like that , she said to me i cannot send there and demanded that i produce a receipt and that because i have sealed the goods they will not assist as its their procedure to check what the customer is sending, now pep tell me, i sell bags and accesories and apart from thats i send goods as per my clients others atleast twice a week and one in weekends i have never been told this, and as per the receipt it says the customer is responsible to seal and it also gives a declaration , and as normal if the parcel is scanned at paxi to check if whats inside is legal or not, since when do pep staff check, since when it says i must only seal in the presence of pep cashier? pep store i dont only use your store for paxi, i buy nappies and clothes for my kids and i have refered a lot of friends to pep over the years to get items, my family in the freestate rely and trust paxi to get their goods from me as im based in Johannesburg, my customers rely on paxi, check your system and see how often my id appears as a sender to different locations, but most of all check how i was humiliated and chased out of the store today with a big 90 rands bag, yes there cameras in the store you will see , my time i used the petrol i used? and to top it all i still bought another 60 rands bag cos i belive my business is far more important than an attitude received from a rude and *********** staff, im disgusted and never will i go back top pep randburg store ever again , this lady needs to call me for an apology she is extremely rude and must also be dealt with .
