Rude and disrespectful staff / lack of knowledge when it comes to Consumer Service

Mpho is the name of the rude and most disrespectful staff member of the emalahleni mall PEP whom I encountered a dispute with today...i left my parcels at the parcel counter as i was busy shopping, during my shopping in the very same store i lost my parcel counter tag, I explained to one of the ladies who was at the parcel counter at the time and she conveyed the message to the Mpho guy, instead of him talking to me and trying to resolve the issue at hand, he gave me a funny look and told the girl that I should go look for it and left the parcel counter to go sit in his mini office... i stood there for minutes not knowing who to get assistance from... i then asked the girl what the hell was going on as i had to rush to work and no one was attending to me. She said Mpho said you should go look for it, “like I haven’t done that already”. I shouted for the guy’s attention since everyone was so scared to talk to him... he then came out of the office talking to me with attitude... to cut the story short, we exchanged unpleasant words. Firstly, i was willing to pay for the lost tag, but the guy just didn’t wanna hear me out and insisted i go look for the tag???? I mean where???? Coz I’ve done that already!!! He said i wont be getting my stuff, i told him he’s full of **** and im not leaving the premises till i get my stuff! He should have at least asked what’s in the plastic i left on the parcel counter for verification purposes! But nah! He kept talking ****! (All eyes on us as we exchanged words) This guy is rude and disrespectful and does not know where his bread is buttered... HE’S FULL OF ****, Period! If this is the kinda staff members PEP Employs then they will not see profits i swear! The guy needs to be called to order! I could tell He’s a pushover since everyone was scared to talk to him... unfortunately im not one of his colleagues and will not tolerate his ****ty behavior... i will never go back to that store anymore!! CASE CLOSED!
